When does fashion become art? How about when you put it in a frame and hang it on a wall? Or even a model. That was the conceit behind Viktor & Rolf’s latest jape, crashing their models’ heads through paintings to form dresses, skirts and cape-type stuff. That’s what we call an art attack.
